Bar/Bat Mitzvah Cocktail Hour Entertainment
The interactive video game craze has swept across the country, and Slater Entertainment has kept right in step by offering many options for both boys and girls. Our interactive video games are a great way to entertain kids during cocktail hour, as the games are fun to play and fun to watch on our giant projection screen. The music and sound effects are amplified so everyone can enjoy the action, with kids generally crowding around the games and enjoying the action even while waiting to play. To create a nice atmosphere, you might consider providing some background music as your guests socialize during cocktail hour. You can choose the style of music to create the mood you desire, or leave it up to us. We’ll run a speaker out to your cocktail area.
You can let the kids into the room during cocktail hour where your MC and DJ will play music and games with them, as well as take requests for music for later in the party. Through conversation with you and your child prior to the party, we decide upon the best way to entertain their friends during cocktails without using the games that we’ll want to use later during the party.

Pucker Powder Candy Art Machine
Your child’s friends can create their own works of art and then eat them! Kids fill 12-inch long, clear tubes with their choice of various colors and flavors of powdered candy. Each person gets to choose from an exciting array of flavors including fruit punch, green apple, lemonade, wild cherry, pink lemonade and white apple. Tubes of candy can be eaten on the spot or capped and brought home as a party favor. |

Karaoke (Standard or Projection so all guests can sing along)
Your child’s friends will be the stars of the show with our top-of-the-line karaoke system. Our music collection includes classics as well as plenty of new music so the kids won’t be stuck doing only oldies. Comes with an operator who will run the system, a TV or projection screen so you can read the words as you sing, and multiple microphones. The system can be set up wherever your cocktail hour is happening, whether in the main room or in a separate area.

Photo Booth
A fun way to entertain and engage your guests during cocktails or during your party. Your guests can get full color photo prints of the pictures they take with their friends, and the guest of honor's name and party date may be printed at the top of the strip. You also have the option of getting all of the photos that are taken in the photo booth transferred to a DVD so you have copies of all of them to distribute to family and friends.
We have solved the common problem of photo booth rental being too expensive, especially in the current economic climate. Unlike most photo booth rental companies that have a 3 or 4 hour minimum, we offer the photo booth experience for however long you need it, be it just for cocktail hour or for the entire party.
